RM-Terex Machines Selected for the World Skills Russia 2016 Championships Finals

Construction and road-building equipment produced by RM-Terex (part of Russian Machines Corporation managing the machine building assets of Basic Element Group of Companies) was selected for the World Skills Russia Finals – National Championships for Young Professionals. RM-Terex provided TX 210 crawler excavators and TG 140 motor graders to compete in two categories.

RM-Terex provided TX 210 crawler excavators and TG 140 motor graders for the World Skills Russia Finals – National Championships for Young Professionals. The road-building skills were tested in Moscow Region at 62 km of Novorizhskoye highway. 24 young operators of heavy-duty equipment competed in four categories – Excavator Operator, Bulldozer Operator, Wheel Loader Operator, and Motor Grader Operator.

The Motor Grader Operator contest featured the most popular RM-Terex TG140series of medium-duty graders intended for a wide range of road-building applications. The machines feature YAMZ engines perfectly adapted to the Russian diesel, easy cold start for sub-zero temperatures, low noise and vibration, extended service life, and fuel economy. Extensive cabin glazing ensures excellent job site visibility. TG graders can be equipped with a rear ripper, mid-mounted scarrifier, tilting bulldozer blade, side blade and automatic levelling systems. All this ensures high performance and outstanding operator comfort.

RM-Terex ТХ 210 crawler excavators took part in the Excavator Operator Contest. The machines offer a wide variety of highly demanded features and solutions – rear view camera, ergonomic operator seat, climate control system, audio system, LCD, centralized lubrication of working equipment and slewing gear, platform slewing gear with automatic brake, remote performance monitoring, additional lights and independent liquid engine pre-heater. The participants and organizers emphasized such new for the Russian equipment options as up-and-over front window, high-back seat with head- and armrests, comfortable adjustable steering column, electronic dashboard, and heating/cooling compartment for products.

In addition, RM-Terex showcased the most popular construction machines to the guests and participants – TLB 995 backhoe loader, WX 200 wheel excavator, andTX 210 Premium crawler excavator.
