Road pavers for the smallest areas

• Joseph Vögele AG introduces two compact road pavers, the tracked MINI 500 and wheeled MINI 502, designed for very narrow paving projects.

• Both models offer paving widths from 0.25 to 1.8 meters, ideal for confined spaces like railway tracks, trenches, footpaths, and cycle paths.

• Equipped with 10.2 kW 2-cylinder diesel engines, the pavers are lightweight, highly maneuverable, and easy to transport.

• These new machines complete Vögele's Mini Class range, covering paving widths from 0.25 up to 18 meters, enhancing efficiency and quality for small-scale construction tasks.

MINI 500 and MINI 502 – compact and manoeuvrable

At the Paving Expo 2025, Joseph Vögele AG will be presenting its smallest model: the MINI 500. The tracked paver and the wheeled version MINI 502 offer pave widths from 0.25 m to 1.8 m and are therefore ideal for paving even the narrowest construction projects.

Addition to the Mini Class

With the MINI 500 and the MINI 502, Vögele tops off its product range at the lower end: The manufacturer’s smallest road pavers complement the larger Mini Class models and are predestined for particularly small-scale construction work in confined spaces.

Maximum quality at minimum width

Both pavers have a basic width of just 0.90 metres and, in combination with the AB 135 V extending screed, offer pave widths of 0.25 to 1.8 metres. This makes them suitable for paving between railway tracks, closing narrow trenches or building footpaths and cycle paths, among other applications. This enables construction companies to implement even the smallest measures mechanically – and therefore much more efficiently, conveniently and to a higher quality than manually. This is particularly helpful for long stretches with narrow widths – for example when laying data cables or repairing lines. “The two mini pavers close the gap in the Mini Class segment and complete our product range. With our complete range of pavers and screeds, we cover minimum and maximum working operating widths from 0.25 m to 18 m,” says Marcio Cavalcanti Happle, Head of Sales, Local Marketing and Product/Customer Support at Vögele.

Compact, light and manoeuvrable

With their water-cooled 2-cylinder diesel engine, the MINI 500 and MINI 502 deliver an output of 10.2 kW and are especially agile. Both machines have a very small turning circle and need very little space to manoeuvre. With their compact dimensions and a weight of around just 1,200 kg (wheeled model) and 1,400 kg (tracked model), the pavers are also particularly easy to transport. The material hopper with hopper sides means that pavers can also be fed with mix very easily via either wheel loaders or excavators.
