Compressor platform MDVN32E - MDVN32B + MDVN32VDA

The world of construction is evolving towards a cleaner and more practical energy that can be exploited to give the best performance. The MDVN 32 project stems from the need to have a common platform that could accommodate both a 40 HP petrol engine to develop 3200 l/min of compressed air - with the possibility of also having an option with a generator - and remain within the European Stage V standard, and an electric motor.

The MDVN 32E unit is designed to offer to construction sites compressed air without using endothermic engines. It allows the air flow to be modulated according to the user´s request. This technology also enables a proportional power demand linked to the air flow used. The possibility of road homologation allows this machine to be towed to the construction site without special licences.

An endothermic petrol engine can be installed on the same chassis and bodywork, capable of supplying 3200 l/min at a constant 7 bar, thanks to its 40 hp of power, within the Stage V parameters. This power, with a Diesel engine, would be achievable only with an electronically managed engine, common rail with exhaust gas post-treatment, with a much higher cost. The performances, on the other hand, are equal if not superior to the diesel engines emitted, with considerable savings on the purchase of the product. With current pricing of diesel and petrol, also operation costs are reduced. The MDVN 32 B machine also allows to work in those municipalities where Diesel endothermic engines on construction site vehicles have been banned.
