Schäffer Maschinenfabrik will be showcasing an extensive array of loaders and attachments in hall C6 at bauma 2025 in Munich. The range includes multifunctional loaders, wheel loaders and telescopic wheel loaders with operating weights of between 1.2 and 13 t, plus a large selection of attachments. Visitors to the trade fair can look forward to innovative machines for various applications.
Telescopic wheel loader 8620 T-3: Efficiency and comfort for the industrial, trade and municipal sectors
The new Schäffer telescopic wheel loader 8620 T-3 sets new standards in efficiency and comfort. Equipped with the new comfort cab PLUS, it offers greater driving comfort and an extended range of functions. At the same time, work safety is boosted through monitored loading processes and an optimised all-round view. A range of new assistance systems, such as oil volume regulation and the comfort operation for the telescopic arm, makes working with the loader even more efficient and safer. Due to its capacity to lift loads of up to 4.2 t to a lifting height of 5.20 m, the 8620 T-3, with an operating weight of between 7 and 8 t, is ideal for the dynamic handling of materials in recycling facilities, logistics centres and goods stores as well as in municipal environments. An extensive range of attachments ensures reliable year-round use.
Wheel loader 2430-2: Flexibility for horticulture and landscaping
The second generation of the wheel loader 2430 stands out due to its versatility and efficiency. With a tipping load of up to 1.9 t, it is the perfect partner for horticulture and landscaping, paving and maintenance tasks and applications in municipal environments. Thanks to its low operating weight of just 2.5 t, the 2430-2 can be easily transported on the back of a car trailer. The Schäffer Power Transmission (SPT), which electronically controls the transmission, and the standard High Traction Force (HTF) ensure maximum thrust and efficiency. This has a significant impact on its fuel economy performance. Practical tests have shown that less than two litres of fuel per hour are required.
Electric multifunctional loader 14e: Emission-free and compact for work in buildings
The electric multifunctional loader 14e is the most compact loader ever built by Schäffer. Boasting an operating weight of just 1,345 kg and measuring just 0.89 m in width and 1.99 m in height, the agile, emission-free loader is perfect for demolition work in buildings and wherever noise and exhaust fumes need to be avoided. The powerful lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 12.2 kWh. The 9.6 kW electric motor ensures a hydraulic performance of 28 l/min for a strong traction drive with high thrust forces. With the 14e, Schäffer is adding a third machine to its electric loader portfolio for the construction and industrial sectors. The already established wheel loader 24e, which belongs to the 0.5 cubic metre class, has a lifting capacity of up to 1,900 kg. The telescopic wheel loader 24e T is characterised by its telescopic arm, which enables a much greater range.
Visitors to bauma can marvel at the performance of Schäffer loaders, the numerous innovations and a large array of attachments at stand 121 in hall C6.
