SHELF BOX

The box is composed by:

- a recycled plastic PALLET of our LITE range, open top with a patented honeycomb structure;

- a recycled plastic LID (that can be load-bearing or not);

- various PERIMETRIC RINGS in extruded PP (the height of the rings coincides with the required height for the compartments): the rins are available with different densities (from 2 kg/m2 up to  3kg/m2)

- several SHELVES made of extruded PP: as the rings they are available in different densities, according tot he reuired load capacity;

- six U-SHAPED CLAMPS are fixed on the edges of the two faces of each shelf, in order to fix the rings to the shelves when the box is assembled. (These patented U-shaped clamps offer several applications: for example, fixed on the edges of a wooden pallet, they allow to assemble on it a box container, with a plastic or carton perimetric ring and a lid.)

SHELF BOX is available in the dimensions (mm): 400x600xH (H=the height depends of the necessity of the customer. It can be up to 1200 mm); 600x800xH; 600x1200xH; 800x1200xH; 900x1200xH; 1000x1200xH; 1200x1200xH.

SHELF BOX is:

• FOLDABLE, in order to save space when the box is empty: the folded box heights 236mm (80% of space reduction, in case of a box H=1200mm);
• LIGHT: it can be handled by a person without any problem and allows to save money for the transport;
• SECURE: it reduces the risk of injuries on the workplace, because plastic pallets are lighter than wooden pallets and don’t have nails or slivers;
• REUSABLE several times;
• RECYCLED and 100% RECYCLABLE.

For these reasons, SHELF BOX is an economic and useful alternative for the delivery of particular goods, such as farmaceutical products, non-overlapping objects or fragile and breakable goods.
