SINOBOOM demonstrate safety benefits of its AWP by updating ADR

Plant Design registration is required for plants as those Elevating Work Platforms being used in Australia by SafeWork, from 2011 they announced some new items to a higher safety and reliability standards as stated in AS1418.

Complying with the updated standards, to better meet the new requirements and retaining as a reliable access equipment for all users especially in Australia market, SINOBOOM starts to renew its Plant Design Registration accordingly, by submitting updated technical documents and successively retesting some of its models which already registered in Australia before, six models have been finished recently.

From Aug.03 to Aug.07, Mr. Mitchell Herbert Ely, the managing director of Platform Solutions Pty Ltd together with his fellow engineer Mr. Anant Damodar Relekar had been to SINOBOOM factory to test the models Scissor lift GTJZ06/08/10, Boom lift GTZZ15, GTBZ22, and GTBZ32 for all the required items especially focus on some newly added requirements, Fall arrest overturning test, Static test, Dynamic Kerb/ Depression test, Braking test, Overload test, Functional tests etc.

All testing jobs performed successfully and the whole testing schedule finished smoothly with all matters end well. Mitch Ely expressed he himself was quite impressed with Sinoboom MEWPs, and he was quite happy to witness all the testing results showing the machines safety, stableness with some obvious advantages, and the compliances to the standards requirements.

During and after the testing, the experienced engineers had active technical communications about EWP in the current filed, “Safety and reliability are our constant target, we are always eager to follow the field standards which can examine and demonstrate ourselves, also we are always positively to create and lead to better access solutions, bringing more benefit and reliability to our customers.” Said by Managing director Mr. Liu GuoLiang of SINOBOOM, who was previously working in heavy industry for the past 18 years and started Sinoboom based on his rich engineering experiences for diversified heavy equipments specially for cranes.
