Sinoboom Press Conference: Susan Xu’s speech

Ladies and gentlemen, we are so happy to welcome you to the Sinoboom stand here at bauma Munich! It is wonderful to see so many familiar faces joining us this morning, and we are looking forward to sharing details with you about the journey that has brought us here today.

Sinoboom made a first appearance at bauma Munich just over three years ago, in the spring of 2019. At that time, we had great products which we were proud to introduce to everyone coming to the stand, but from an operational point of view, things were very different from today.

In the last three years, we have been extremely active in expanding our global network. We have successfully launched subsidiaries in Europe, the USA, Australia, South Korea and Singapore. Giving excellent customer service has always been important to us. It was a priority to establish localized operations, to ensure our regional teams are able to provide the after-sales support required.

We have brought in many talented individuals as part of the global Sinoboom teams, and their knowledge and expertise are helping us to grow our business and build our reputation even further. Together with partners in distribution and sales, we are helping new customers around the world to discover Sinoboom’s quality and service.

Three years ago, our manufacturing base in our hometown of Changsha was in the early stages of a full digital transformation drive. We have collaborated with leading experts in the field of industrial digitization, such as Accenture and Siemens, to assist in the creation of a strong and reliable digital system. Automated production processes allow for higher efficiency and more consistent quality, and the management systems have also been streamlined.

As has always been the case, innovation is a big part of Sinoboom’s strategy, and we invest heavily in research and development. We want to bring customers the features that they need – and sometimes those features they didn’t know they needed! That is why we are so proud to be able to introduce brand new machines here in Munich this week, as well as upgraded versions of some of our most popular models. José will tell you more about the machines we have here in a few minutes.

Once again, thank you all for being with us today!
