Skanska invests EUR 76 M, about SEK 780 M, in a new office building in Warsaw, Poland

Skanska invests EUR 76 M, about SEK 780 M in the P180 office building in Warsaw, Poland. The construction contract is worth about PLN 133 M, about SEK 310 M, which will be included in the order bookings for Europe in the third quarter 2020.

The P180 office building will comprise fifteen floors and will offer a total leasable area of approximately 32,000 square meters. It will be located at the intersection of Puławska and Domaniewska streets, next to Wilanowska metro station as well as tram and bus stops. On the ground floor of the building there will be several service facilities. In addition, within a 10-minute walk there are a number of restaurants, cafes, fitness clubs, recreational spaces, shops and pharmacies.

The P180 office building will be constructed in accordance with the WELL certificate guidelines, which means the building will meet a number of strict criteria related to health, well-being and comfort at work. The building will also apply for LEED certification and the Building without Barriers certificate.

The construction of this office project will start in the third quarter 2020 and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2022.
