Skyjack Brings New Electric Telescopic Booms and E-Drive Scissor Range to bauma CHINA 2026

• Skyjack will showcase new electric access equipment at bauma CHINA 2026, including the SJ22/28 TE+ electric telescopic booms and the E-Drive scissor lift range.

Linamar Corporation's Skyjack division will bring its latest electric access innovations to bauma CHINA 2026, held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) from November 24 to 27, 2026. At outdoor booth A.02, Skyjack will showcase its all-new SJ22/28 TE+ electric telescopic booms alongside the E-Drive scissor range, offering rental companies, contractors, dealers, and end-users worldwide the excitement to see a zero-emission line-up engineered for increased utilization and uptime as well as lower total cost of ownership.

• SJ22/28 TE+ Electric Telescopic Booms: Available with 22m (72’ 2”) and 28 m (91’ 10”) working heights, powered by high-capacity 519 Ah/460 Ah lithium-ion battery, and featuring an impressive platform capability up to 454kg (1000 lbs), the recently launched SJ22/28 TE+ telescopic booms are designed for increased productivity and utility. The all-electric ECO design allows these eBooms to perform with zero-emission and lower noise, which is ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. The innovative design features allow the SJ22/28 TE+ eBooms to excel in the most challenging jobsite conditions. The AXLDRIVETM true four-wheel drive design provides superior traction, up to a maximum of 45% gradeability, and smooth operation on any harsh jobsite. The EASYDRIVETM direction sensing and steering system intuitively allows the boom to move in the general direction of the joystick’s movement related to the way the operator is facing. 360° continuous turret rotation, multi-function capability, and an articulating jib with an auto-levelling platform allows for excellent jobsite positioning. 

• SJ3219 E, SJ3226 E, and SJ4740 E E-Drive Scissors: Skyjack’s electric scissors are designed with an AC drive system that gives you more: more runtime per charge, more profit from lower maintenance costs, more resale value, and more return on investment. The compact SJ3219 E has a 0.81 m (32”) width that can go through standard doorways and work in narrow aisles. With a 7.47 m (24′ 6″) working height, this simple reliable machine has a 227 kg (500 lb) platform capacity and a zero inside turning radius. The SJ3226 E offers a 9.79 m (32′ 1″) working height on the same narrow chassis, with the same 227 kg (500 lb) platform capacity. At the top end of the range, the SJ4740 E delivers a 13.69 m (44′ 11″) working height and a 350 kg (772 lb) platform capacity for up to three people. All three lifts are drivable at full height, offer 25% gradeability, and feature a roll-out extension deck. With the ease of maintenance in mind, all Skyjack scissor lifts are SKYCODEDTM, with all service points easily accessible, enabling straightforward troubleshooting and repair. The large platform working area and simple, robust controls offer exceptional operator comfort and confidence.
