SOCAGE CONTINUES THE INNOVATION Socage will exhibit at BAUMA 2013, the International show for the Construction Industry

After showing the Forste restyle for the TJJ54 and DAJ332 during the last SAIE exhibition, Socage will present three brand new models at BAUMA 2013 which will be held in Munich, Germany, from 15th  to 21st  April 2013.

The new TJJ39 will be revealed and it will be at the Socag stand located in the outdoor area 1304/2. Based on the same design of the TJ35 which has been very popular in its segment, this model can offer the same high performance on a greater height. The addition of the secondary jib increases the number of positions the unit can
operate without repositioning the main boom; with its +90° to -90° jib vertical movements the operator will be able to work on under-bridges as well as under-truss. TJJ39 can be installed on minimum GVW of 18 Ton, the maximum working height is 39m with a SWL of 300 Kg (3 operators + tools) and the maximum outreach is 30 m. Among its specs it worth mentioning that the stabilization and the emergency maneuvers from the ground are done via a radio control and in the basket there are high quality joysticks. Another important feature of the TJJ39 is its extreme compactness: 2350 mm travelling width and 7150 mm travelling length, the ideal solution for city centers and narrow accesses. On this model there also is a multi-area stabilization system which allows the operator to choose 4 different options depending on the working environment. The basket rotation is 360° and the turret rotation is 700°. As optional customers can request a 500kg hydraulic winch will be mounted on the jib and ready to use once the aluminium has been removed.

The second new model for this edition of Bauma will be the FORSTE 28D that once more shows the Socage commitment in Research and Innovation. The FORSTE 28D in fact is the first 28m double articulated platform mounted on 3,5 ton vehicle which means that anybody with a driving license can hire this model. Extremely compact with its travelling length of 6690 mm and width of 2100 mm this unit is able to reach 28m working height,
the SWL is 225 Kg and the maximum outreach is 14,5 m. The controls in the basket are electro-hydraulic and the H frame outriggers front and rear allow the operator to optimize the stabilization area in order to obtain the best possible performance of the platform.

At Socage stand in addition to the double articulated DA324, the new TJJ54 Forste and DAJ332 Forste, there will also be the T319 created to satisfy the specific need of a Customer. The customer satisfaction is paramount for Socage so each request is taken into consideration and studied case by case. T319 is a telescopic aerial platform mounted on off-road truck and it is able to reach 19 m working height with a SWL 300 Kg and a working outreach of 11 m. The rotation of the aerial part is continuous and the rotation of the basket is 90° + 90°.

Innovation plays a very important role within the Company. Socage has recently invested in new 3D design software which allows the Technical Department to carry out stress analysis on individual components prior to production. The materials used are therefore optimized and the result is the greater performance of the overall platform.
