Spearhead Workshop with Lincolnshire Drainage Board

Spearhead Machinery Ltd in conjunction with their principal dealer partner for Lincolnshire were pleased to hold a Parts and Service workshop by kind permission of Witham Fourth IDB.

Representatives from key drainage boards from throughout Lincolnshire were present including Black Sluice, Upper Witham, Witham First, Witham Third, Witham Fourth and Kings Lynn.

The event provided an open forum to allow discussions regarding ongoing parts and service commitments specific to this particular market sector. During the meeting the boards were updated on recent developments at Spearhead and Irelands Farm Machinery pertaining to their business:

• Introduction to Spearhead
• Spearhead – ‘A Bigger Part for Parts Project’
• Introduction to Irelands Farm Machinery and services offered
• Open forum on aftersales service and business development

Spearhead Parts Manager Steven Nel, commenting on the event advised, “It was brilliant to gather all of our key Lincolnshire drainage board partners together to review our current service levels and also discuss any new requirements. We are always looking to learn and develop following feedback from the market place and to have so many key personnel pooling ideas was extremely beneficial”.
