Stable and geometrically accurate stacks in double-quick time

Granular material, salts or fertilizers in paper, PE or PP bags – with the BEUMER paletpac range of layer palletizers, BEUMER supplies high-performance machines which gently and accurately stack bags filled with high-quality bulk materials on pallets, layer by layer. Inherently highly stable stacks of bags, which can also be stacked on top of one another in order to save space, are produced thanks to the high geometrical accuracy of the layer and stack formation.

For the chemical industry, for example, the intralogistics specialist offers the BEUMER paletpac 1800. This machine is suitable for the medium performance range and stacks 1,000 to 1,800 bags per hour. With the BEUMER paletpac 2500, users can palletize up to 2,500 bags per hour. This enables manufacturers of chemical products such as plastic granules or fertilizers to meet the increasing throughput rates the market requires. Paper, PE and PP bags in particular are palletized without any problems. Models in this range which are capable of handling up to 3,000 50-kilogram bags per hour are used in the cement and building materials industry. 

With a pack height of up to 2,400 mm, the BEUMER paletpac palletizes bags on all the usual sizes of pallet with any desired packing pattern. The user can quickly and easily set the parameters using a multi-program. The BEUMER paletpac can be fitted with a rotary clamp which quickly moves the filled bags into the required position while maintaining their shape. The BEUMER paletpac can be adapted to suit special market and customer-specific requirements thanks to its modular design. The bags, accurately stacked on pallets, can then be transferred to the downstream packaging system – for example the BEUMER stretch hood – without any problems.

In conjunction with partner companies, BEUMER implements the whole process chain from bagging, subsequent bag conveying, palletizing, subsequent full-pallet conveying, final packaging and securing of the load to the loading itself.
