Strimech Launches Next Generation Pro Ag Folding Fork

Strimech Engineering are introducing a more sustainable version of their classic folding fork in time for the LAMMA show in the new year. The updated design of the Pro Ag folding fork has been developed for longevity and extended working life via a number of smart revisions giving greater strength and durability. The heavy-duty attachment retains the powerful and hard wearing quality that has made it a best seller but has been enhanced with added protective features that reduce the impact of day to day operation on the working life of the fork. The re-siting of hydraulic rams and a fresh pivot design safeguards against material build up and minimises wing damage from vehicle vibration in transit.

Hydraulic hoses are now enclosed by protective steel guards to reduce risk of damage and the angle of plates on the wings and body prevent the accumulation of dirt and associated reductions in performance over time. The launch represents the first in a series of next generation product re-development under the direction of Managing Director, Justin Blades. Commenting on the new addition to the product portfolio, Justin Blades said,

“I’m delighted to be bringing this new folding fork to our customers. The company has a long heritage built on the strength and durability of our products and we continue to innovate in order to offer longevity with efficiency at the most affordable price point. This launch will be the first of many.”

The Pro Ag fork still comes with Hardox tines and heat-treated Boron wear plates on contact surfaces. It is available in three width sizes and there are also custom branding options for OEMs and dealerships. The latest addition to the Pro Ag Range can be seen on 7 th and 8th January at LAMMA’ 20, NEC Birmingham.
