Tadano to resume German operations

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all work through the unprecedented business interruptions and supply chain challenges associated with the COVID-19 response.

From team members working at home and meeting with customers virtually to remote support and virtual customer training, these last few weeks have necessitated many creative ways for us to work together to support your equipment, service and parts needs. We’ve also taken this time to review our manufacturing practices, so our German facilities can safely restart production.

Moving forward safely

Production

On May 4, crane production will ramp up in Lauf and Zweibrücken. To support your equipment needs, while protecting the health of our team members, we are adjusting the production schedule to accommodate social distancing. We are alternating production shifts and adjusting the level of activity to ensure our factory workers’ safety.

We continue to proactively monitor the situation with equipment deliveries and adjust our production schedule accordingly. If you have any questions, please contact your Tadano representative.

Support and Spare Parts

We continue to do everything within our power to support your service and parts needs. Cross-border delivery delays and travel bans are expected to continue at least in the short term. However, we are working to keep these disruptions to a minimum, so we can support your efforts.
