Terberg Tractores Iberia and Feyter Iberia continue as Terberg Feyter Iberia

Terberg has been present in Spain and Portugal since 2021. Since then, Terberg Tractores Iberia has focused on the distribution and rental of Terberg terminal tractors across the main logistics, port and industrial sectors.

As part of the strategic roadmap of the Terberg Special Vehicles (TSV) division, Terberg has now acquired full ownership of both Terberg Tractores Iberia and Feyter Iberia. Following this transition, the two companies will merge and continue their operations under a single entity: Terberg Feyter Iberia.

This acquisition reinforces Terberg Special Vehicles’ ambition to consolidate its presence in Spain and Portugal by offering a unified, customerfocused approach across sales, rental and service activities. In addition to Terberg terminal tractors, the portfolio includes a wide range of complementary materialhandling solutions, including:

• CVS Ferrari: Empty container handlers, reach stackers and heavy duty forklifts

• Movella: Translifters and cassettes

• Meclift: Specialised forklifts

• EP Equipment: Heavy duty electric forklifts (from 8 to 25 tonnes)

These solutions serve a broad customer base, ranging from port operations to logistics and industrial environments.
