Terex Corporation Announces Third Quarter 2012 Financial Results Conference Call

Terex Corporation (NYSE:TEX) will release its third quarter 2012 financial
results on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 after market close.  The Company will
host a one-hour conference call to review the financial results on Thursday,
October 25, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. EDT.  Ronald M. DeFeo, Chairman and CEO, will
host the call.

A simultaneous webcast of this call will be available on the Company's
