Terex to Host Analyst Day Meeting

WESTPORT, CT, February 17, 2011 -- Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX) today announced that it will host an Analyst Day meeting on May 16, 2011, at the New York Marriott East Side in New York City.

DeFeo, Terex Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, along with Phil Widman, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, business segment presidents, and other key executives, will provide insight into the Company’s operational and financial topics, longer term strategies and an update on current market trends.
