Tesab Launch New 800i Jaw Crusher

Tesab have recently launched a new product for the crushing market – the new & advanced 800i Jaw Crusher.

As Aggregate Crushing Specialists, Tesab manufacture Crushers to provide the Lowest Cost per Ton for the customer. With cost per ton being the key performance indicator for any crushing operation as it incorporates the complete crushing operation – not just single factors such as fuel consumption or tons per hour.

Based on the proven 10580 & designed specifically for the quarry and contractors market the Heavy Duty 800i is now available with a double deck independent pre-screen, with the ability to consistently remove fine or sticky material before the crusher – improving performance and end product quality.

Ideally suited for hard rock applications, the 800i also boasts a 1200mm wide discharge belt which helps streamline material flow, reduces wear and prevents blockages.

Available with either a fuel efficient 300Hp Scania DC09 Tier III Constant Speed Diesel Engine for the European market or a 440Hp Cat C13 Tier III Diesel Engine for the World market, Tesab have an option to suit all customers.

Currently in use with McCabe Earthworks, the 800i has been in use for crushing primary rock at a number of their locations across Ireland and the UK.
