It is a concrete mixer wash water recovery system

TH has developed a custom water recovery system for concrete mixer washout processes for a Spanish client. This system, which is already operational and was both designed and supplied by TH, enables much more efficient management of the wastewater generated during the washing of concrete mixer trucks, promoting:

• The recovery of aggregates for reuse in concrete production.

• The reuse of fine-free water in the production process.

• An overall improvement in sustainability and operational efficiency.

For this project, TH has designed and supplied a tailor-made system that includes:

• An APNL10S filter press with polypropylene plates and six filtration chambers.

• An APN-SIX-6 piston diaphragm pump, featuring load sensing technology for automatic flow and pressure regulation.

• An HPC-5.4/11 hydraulic power unit to drive the system.

All components have been engineered to be robust, reliable, and tailored to the plant’s actual needs.
