The gamechanger: A/X is the new series of carer electric forklift trucks

The A/X series was the great innovation presented by Carer in Hanover at the CeMAT 2016 infralogistics fair. The A/X series is a revolutionary line of lift trucks, a significant to diesel trucks, ensuring high performances and cost savings.

The A/X series is designed to cover capacities ranging from 8 to 10 tons and consists of three models: A80X (8 tons), A80/900X (8 tons with a load center of 900 mm) and A100X (10 tons). All three models are ideal for outdoor applications: all three trucks are equipped with elastic tires and provide an excellent ground distance./p>

The A/X series can boast performances comparable with those of internal combustion forklifts, providing speeds up to 20 km/h and lifting speeds between 0.38 and 0.50 m/sec. This level of performance is ensured by three powerful AC engines installed in the front of the truck.

Converting from IC to electric means choosing the possibility of reducing the impact of your work on global warming, but also to make significant savings in terms of energy. The battery (96 V, 1680 Ah) ensures high autonomy, and the possibility of lateral extraction allows to minimize the downtime through a simple and fast battery change.

The A/X series is the expression of the utmost attention to operator comfort, visibility and safety. The 5.7" multifunctional display allows to control all the settings of the truck and its parameters (speed, direction, state of charge, consumption, voltage, worked hours). Safety is ensured by the large front visibility, by the presence of a rear-view camera and an automatic deceleration system during steering.

All the trucks of the A/X series can be equipped with a wide range of optionals to meet the specific requirements of each plant and warehouse: fingertip controls, joystick, heating, air conditioning, radio with remote control, access via electronic key, load display system, front camera and more.
