The JD European Drivers Challenge Podium

It was with great pride that Sebastien MAHAUT from France, was awarded with the title of « best European tractor driver » from John Deere. He was joined on the podium by Simon RICHARDSON, representing the UK and Edwin DEKKER from the Netherlands in 2nd and 3rd place respectively.

This challenge, represented by the dancing flags of the six participating countries, proved to be an exciting adventure for the 6 teams who had set their race strategies and then wagered on the settings of their impressive 35 ton convoys. Of particular importance was the setting of the tyre pressures for the Michelin tyres, in order to optimise their performance along the route which was 70% road and 30% field.

Away from the podium, the 6 countries represented by committed and proud teams achieved their main objectives: to have fun, to take part in an exciting adventure, and to learn from this experience to feed their enthusiasm.
