At Intermat 2015, Kramer will present the latest generation of the premium line of products 8 to the international public. In addition to the extra Kramer-specific safety in application, the powerful 8-series offers significantly greater torque with a lower fuel consumption in a new and efficient engine generation.

In the new premium 8-series by Kramer, the models 8095 and 8115 will be presented at Intermat, which have bucket volumes of 0.95 and 1.15 m³. Decades of experience and expertise in the development of all-wheel steer wheel loaders were combined with the latest engine technology in the development of these machines. All three models feature a new generation of engines, with three different engine versions. A 35 kW Yanmar engine works in the 8075 wheel loader, which meets the exhaust emission stage 3A. The other six wheel loader and tele wheeled loader models 8085, 8085T, 8095, 8095T, 8105 and 8115 are equipped as standard with a 2.9 litre TCD Deutz engine with a performance of 55 kW. The exhaust after-treatment takes place via the DOC technology and is therefore completely maintenance-free. Compared to the previous model, this engine achieves around 17 per cent more torque and at the rated power around 10 per cent less fuel consumption. For the larger models in the series, such as the wheel and tele wheeled loaders 8105, 8115 and 8095T, the engine is optionally offered in a 100 hp version. In addition, a diesel particulate filter is available for the engine version TCD 2.9 with 55 kW.

The power flow performance hydraulics are optionally offered for nearly all models of the 8-series. The user can also operate powerful hydraulic attachments such as asphalt or rotary snow ploughs with up to 120 litres of volume flow. A new feature of the tele wheel loaders is the final position dampening that protects the operator and machine by supporting the safe movement of the load and contributes when telescoping in or out to ensure more comfort for the operator and less machines stress. For fast and flexible manoeuvring the wheel loader models 8075 to 8115 are optionally equipped with three steering modes: all-wheel, front-wheel or crab steering. For some models of the 8-series, Kramer also optionally offers a long loading system and various quick change plates.

Kramer wheel loaders are based on the principle of the one-piece frame that ensures a comparably significantly higher level of stability. Both when driving on rough terrain and manoeuvring large weights at full steering lock, Kramer wheel loaders are very stable. The all-wheel steering also ensures tight turning radii and therefore a high level of manoeuvrability. This also makes Kramer machines suitable for working in confined spaces and makes the operator's job easier. As an option, the new Kramer wheel loaders can also be approved as towing vehicles.
