In the first half of 2024, we analyzed the website traffic on LECTURA Specs to determine the most popular Aerial Work Platform (AWP) models. LECTURA Specs, the largest database of construction equipment, agricultural machines, forklifts, cranes, and other heavy machinery specifications, provided a comprehensive overview of user interest based on the number of views each AWP model received. This data-driven approach allowed us to identify the top 10 most popular AWP models, reflecting the opinions of numerous professionals from the heavy machinery industry.

Aerial Work Platforms, commonly known as AWPs, are economical and portable machines designed to lift one to five workers. These machines also referred to as aluminum products, man-lifts, personnel lifts, lifts, push-arounds, and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), are primarily used for overhead maintenance, cleaning, and hanging signs or decorations. The three main types of aerial lift equipment include scissor lifts, boom lifts, and truck-mounted lifts, each with unique features suited for different operations. The choice of aerial lift depends on factors such as load capacity, worksite conditions, and specific application requirements.
