Tellure Rôta presents the new range of green elastic polyurethane wheels with an ergonomic round profile and aluminium centre.

The round profile reduces the start-up coefficient when the castors are positioned at 90° from the line of movement and therefore greatly reduces the amount of effort required by the operators when handling trolleys.

These wheels are recommended for the automotive industry, for lean manufacturing trolleys and whenever a combination of manual/powered handling is involved.

Recommended assembly with medium-heavy duty (P) brackets for manual handling and with extra-heavy (EP) or electrowelded (EE MHD) brackets for powered handling

Available upon request in standard TR Polyurethane (95 Shore A hardness)

This series is suitable for use in industrial environments for carrying medium-heavy loads, including with mixed outdoor-indoor use. On even floors, can be used at a speed of up to 16 km/h.

New 75 Shore A green elastic polyurethane wheels with nylon centre

A better solution than standard blue elastic rubber wheels: higher load capacity,

reduced rolling resistance, better resistance to wear and tear.

trolleys.

Single ball bearing wheels with injected polyurethane and thermoplastic rubber tyre: durable and efficient for trolleys that need to be available all day long.

Allow an easier handling of trolleys or equipment carrying light and medium-duty loads with excellent long term performance.

Ideal for indoor use and suitable with frequent washing, even in presence of more aggressive chemicals.

Reduced rolling resistance allows for smoother manual handling and so less effort is required by the operator.

The polyurethane tyred wheels are also appropriate for use up to 6 km/h and therefore are suitable for both manual and powered handling.

Technical features:

Available versions: red injected polyurethane tyre, hardness 55 Shore D, with polyamide 6 centre (series 60), soft blue injected polyurethane tyre, hardness 85 Shore A, with polyamide 6 centre (series 61), grey non-marking thermoplastic rubber tyre, 85 Shore A hardness, with polypropylene centre (series 71).

The wheel is molded around a single, double sealed (2Z) central ball bearing. Also available with stainless steel ball bearing.

The glass fiber polyamide bearing caps on both sides of the hub protect the bearing from dust, residual material and aggressive agents.

Available diameters: 80-100-125 mm.
