“TR-Roll” Polyurethane wheels with ergonomic round profile and aluminium centre

The round profile reduces the start-up coefficient when the castors are positioned at 90° from the line of movement and therefore greatly reduces the amount of effort required by the operators when handling trolleys. Combined with appropriate brackets, they guarantee excellent performance for mechanical handling up to 16 km/h.

Single ball bearing wheels with soft injected polyurethane tyre: durable and efficient for trolleys that need to be available all day long.

Allow an easier handling of trolleys or equipment carrying light and medium-duty loads with excellent long term performance.Ideal for indoor use and suitable with frequent washing, even in presence of more aggressive chemicals. Reduced rolling resistance allows for smoother manual handling and so less effort is required by the operator.The polyurethane tyred wheels are also appropriate for use up to 6 km/h and therefore are suitable for both manual and powered handling.

Soft blue injected polyurethane tyre, hardness 85 Shore A, with polyamide 6 centre.

The wheel is moulded around a single, double sealed (2Z) central ball bearing. Also available with stainless steel ball bearing.The glass fiber polyamide bearing caps on both sides of the hub protect the bearing from dust, residual material and aggressive agents.

Available diameters: 80-100-125 mm.

Assembled with standard-duty (NL) and stainless steel standard duty (NLX) brackets.
