Tridem tank semi-trailer LS 38.28 for transporting slurry with extremely high filling volumes and the most recent pump generations

At Agritechnica 2019 (Hall 23, Stand A 22) Annaburger is showing for the first time the revised version of the tridem tank semi-trailer eco-tanker LS 38.28 for high-performance lorry transport of liquid manure by large agricultural concerns and agricultural contractors. The semi-trailer has been developed jointly with Berger Ecotrail and is remarkable for its particularly low unladen weight of 5.3 t. This is achieved by the special interaction of the quality of the steel and the geometry of the chassis. This makes possible a very high tank volume of 28 to 30 m³ and the vehicle can be driven at the full legal transport speed for lorries of up to 80 km/h.

The slurry transporter can be seen at Agritechnica with the new Vogelsang VX186-260 GL pump, which Vogelsang itself is presenting as an innovation for the first time at the trade fair. The new type of pump allows the tare weight of the pump to be reduced and therefore the weight of the semi-trailer is additionally reduced by 100 to 150 kg.

A one-sided or two-sided 6 m hose support and a higher saddle height of up to 1,350 mm are the new equipment features of the tank semi-trailer being presented at Agritechnica.

This tank semi-trailer will be available in the future as LS 38.27 in a pressure / vacuum version.
