Thanks to the new MyTotalSource webshop, customers of TVH can now, among other things, request prices, place orders and identify parts online. Until recently customers had to install the TVH Quick Source program to do so. With MyTotalSource the customer now simply has to log on to www.mytotalsource.tvh.com.

MyTotalSource is compatible with Android, Mac, iPad, Windows … For the customer this means an unprecedented flexibility: if an internet connection is available, the program is accessible always and everywhere.

Immediate picture, price and availability

In case of a price inquiry the customer can now call up a price and availability in one go either per article or for multiple articles. The user immediately gets to see a photograph and description per offer line. This way he/she can easily check if the correct article reference was entered. At the same time the customer also sees the stock level and the price. Even calling up extra technical info and copying multiple offers into one order can be done very easily.

Easy ordering in 4 steps

Placing an order is done according to a clear four-step plan: creating the order basket, entering the article references, checking the input and confirming the order. MyTotalSource will automatically complete the usual shipping and order details for the customer in question. This makes ordering even faster.

Settings per type of user

To guarantee an optimal user-friendliness, 6 user profiles were determined. The administrator has access to all modules. He/she can create and manage the correct profile for all users.

In addition the application contains profiles specifically attuned to the purchaser, researcher and warehouse manager. The accounts department for their turn, are capable to manage invoices, receive them electronically and download them.

Innovative search engines to identify parts

By means of the innovative and handy search engines MyPartsFinder (search by make and type of machine) and MyProductSearch (search by technical details or specifications), users can identify the correct article number themselves. If they are unsuccessful, then customers can also complete the online inquiry form. TVH will then identify the parts for the customer.

All-in-one program

In addition to the offer, order and research possibilities, MyTotalSource also offers other interesting modules. The application allows the customer to consult all the TVH catalogues and via the button Info & promo the customer can view all active promotions. And last but not least, an after-sales module was integrated. Customers can register, request and follow up a returns request online up to 6 months after delivery of the goods.
