Two First-Time Dicke Pioneer Award Winners Highlight Crown Equipment’s Annual North American Service and Distribution Network Recognition Program

Crown Equipment Corporation, one of the world’s largest material handling companies, recently honored 18 of its North American retail locations for outstanding performance and ongoing commitment to customer service. Lift Power, Inc., of Jacksonville, Florida, an authorized Crown dealer, and Crown Lift Trucks of Atlanta, Georgia, a Crown-owned branch, both earned the distinctive James F. Dicke Pioneer Award as Crown’s top performers in 2014. Jim Mozer, senior vice president, Crown Equipment, announced the winners at an awards ceremony on Friday, May 1.

“It is no longer a question if our industry is changing; rather, it’s about helping customers manage the change within their unique business and industry,” said Mozer. “Our most successful branches and dealers are leading customers through this evolution via consultative relationships supported by reliable products and technologies that improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.”

This is Lift Power, Inc.’s first Pioneer Award and first Summit Award. The company previously earned four Ascent Awards.

This is also the first Pioneer Award for Crown Lift Trucks of Atlanta. The branch previously earned six Summit Awards and three Ascent Awards.
