TOBROCO-GIANT is thrilled to announce the opening of the state-of-the-art spare parts center. With a significant investment of 7.5 million euros, this groundbreaking project underscores the commitment to continuous growth.
Construction of the new spare parts center began in April 2024 and is set to be completed by March 2025. Strategically located next to the shipping facilities at the TOBROCO Experience Center, the center will be fully operational by June 2025. Toine Brock, CEO, states: “This strategic hub will enable us to enhance our parts delivery to dealers and customers worldwide.”
Spanning an impressive 5,500 m², the new distribution center is equipped with the latest technologies and automation systems. Highlights include the launch of an intuitive order portal, enhanced Track-and-Trace communication for shipments, and sophisticated software upgrades to elevate TOBROCO-GIANT's service excellence.
The spare parts center contributes to more efficient processing and shorter lead times for spare parts. The move allows production and spare parts inventories to be effectively separated. A centralized inventory enables TOBROCO-GIANT to achieve a higher first fill rate, meaning that customer orders can be delivered as much as possible directly from available stock. Additionally, a higher on-time rate ensures that deliveries are made promptly and according to schedule, which is essential for further building trust and customer satisfaction.
