Maximum ease of use and enormous stability – all part of the new ©plus Helios 400 plough range from Vogel & Noot. The 4 to 7-furrow ploughs are ideal for new-generation, top-class standard-wheel tractors (180–400 PS). The new universal slatted body XST 400 achieves optimal work quality even on slopes.

Maximum ease of use at the touch of a button

Having a limited number of control devices on the tractor is no longer a problem. Thanks to the new hydraulic comfort box ('VNHD ComBox') all hydraulic functions of the plough can be controlled at the same time with ease at the touch of a button.

The hydraulic camber adjustment integrated in the turning cylinder is the newest feature. The track width is hydraulically adjusted via a centrally positioned cylinder on the adjustment slide block. The track width adjustment can be retrofitted at any time as required. The depth is adjusted using the hydraulic transport swing support wheel with scraper. The wheel can be positioned close to the frame thanks to the similarly positioned connecting rod, allowing for optimum edge ploughing. The wide wheel (770 mm) features a high load-bearing capacity at the same time. The Vario cylinder with hydraulic in-swing mechanism optimises the angle and centre of gravity of the ©plus Helios. Problem-free, smooth turning is ensured. Hydraulic furrow width adjustment is possible from 30–60 cm.

Reaching full power with ease

The newly designed Shell Power Frame system (SPF system) represents the connection between the turnover unit and the frame tube. High-tensile sheet steel connects this system to the frame tube. This, together with the optimal integration of the first three plough bodies, leads to maximum stability and a longer service life for the plough.

The plough frame with frame heights from 82 and 90 cm features the best pass properties. The use of special materials facilitates a reduced wall thickness and therefore reduced weight with high stability at the same time. The body distance of up to 1150 mm also allows for blockage-free work.

The headstock (cat. III/IV) with integrated toolbox is equipped with a strong turning cylinder and large tapered roller bearing. This ensures high turning power and load-bearing capacity. A strong bearing tube and the standard height-adjustable cross-shaft contribute to additional safety and stability.

The completely newly designed Light Power Package leg bracket package is lighter and even stronger thanks to its optimised components. The high trigger force of the shear bolt stump-jump system is 7.5 t, bringing it to number one in the market comparison. Manure skimmers with overload protection can be adjusted without tools in both angle of cut and working depth. The optional disc coulter (Ø 600 mm) ensures a clean furrow.

The ©plus Helios can also be optionally fitted with the base roller for less wear and tear. The simultaneous traction reduction and therefore reduced fuel consumption save plenty of money.

Slatted optics for optimal work results

The newly designed XST 400 slatted body can handle all conditions, even difficult, sticky soils and slopes. It has optimal turning, good crumbling and an ideal furrow clearance, even with wide tyres (750 mm). With low wear, individually replaceable slats and reduced traction requirement, this plough is a breeze.

TerraDiscpro 1200 – 'fast and snappy' semi-trailed at 12 metres

The new semi-trailed TerraDiscpro 1200 compact-disc harrow with a working width of 12 metres proves to be a versatile machine. With high area coverage, optimal levelling and reconsolidation, and smooth operation, the new semi-trailed implement is impressive even in difficult conditions.

The disc harrow with bite features excellent full-coverage penetration even in difficult and dry soils. This is made possible by the optimal angle positioning of the large toothed discs (Ø 610 mm). The 2-row arrangement of the discs provides even mixing of crops. High stability is achieved thanks to double disc carriers, the newly designed Twin Shaft System (TSS). Blockage-free work is guaranteed by the high frame (580 mm), the generous frame distances (1100 mm) and large clearances between the discs. High area coverage is possible based on the working width of 12 metres and high speeds.

The stable chassis with large wheels ensures comfortable turning manoeuvres in the field. The 5-part hydraulic package folding system aids safe road transport at the same time (transport width < 3 m, transport height < 4 m).

Equipped with hydraulic depth adjustment and hydraulically adjustable tandem depth guidance wheels, the TerraDiscpro 1200 is extremely user-friendly. Optimal levelling is achieved thanks to the hydraulically synchronous controlled front board and the harrow after the second row of discs.

The TerraDiscpro 1200 becomes truly versatile in combination with the various rollers. Stubble cultivation, mulch sowing and seedbed preparation in one implement guarantees cost-effective use. The roller offset of the new compact-disc harrow also guarantees smooth operation, even in the most difficult soil conditions and at high speeds.

The snappy working method and easy operation have been packed into a sleek design. TOP components for all equipment parts, especially for the disc bearings, ensure a long service life for the TerraDiscpro 1200.

Smart customers appreciate …

  • excellent penetration in difficult and hard soils and at high speeds

  • maximum stability thanks to double disc carriers (Twin Shaft System)

  • blockage-free work thanks to generous frame height and large frame and disc clearance

  • intensive mixing thanks to 2-row disc arrangement

PHAROS 4600 – the clever trailed sprayer

Crop-protecting, effective and especially user-friendly: the new PHAROS 4600 trailed sprayer. The innovative chassis, the convenient, problem-free and exact metering and the precise linkage save time, money and nerves.

Safety takes priority – the chassis provides excellent warping rigidity and stability, the hopper is compact and the linkage is optimised, all providing the necessary stability. In addition to the hopper which is positioned in front of the axle, the 444-litre fresh water hopper is positioned underneath to ensure a low centre of gravity.

The potentiometer-controlled steering axle with air suspension and ALB controller (automatic load-dependent brake and suspension) guarantee exact tracking and safe road transport. The PHAROS is, of course, ready for road traffic as per the new EU directives. The axle with air suspension minimises the transfer of vibrations to the linkage. Not only is the linkage protected, but increased working speeds up to 18 km/h are also possible.

Elegant and well designed, the new hopper of the PHAROS has a 4600 litre capacity. The compact polyethylene hopper is stable and durable. Its rounded shape and smooth surfaces are quick and easy to clean from inside and out. A separate pump is used for continual internal cleaning. The baffle integrated in the centre of the hopper prevents the liquid from sloshing and increases safety during travel. A very low outlet sump is a natural guarantee of complete emptying, even on slopes.

Cleverly done – the operator and function control panel on the left side of the sprayer is easy to reach. In the high-end fitting, all relevant functions (e.g. agitator shut-off, internal and separate linkage cleaning, spraying, tracking, etc.) are controlled via the tractor control unit.

Additional functions (e.g. suction, internal and external cleaning, filling funnel function and hopper content, etc.) are activated electrically and displayed on the control panel.

The newest Maxi 3.0 terminal from Müller Elektronik not only features an impressive design, it also has several new, optional features (e.g. pneumatic individual nozzle switching, Tankcontrol II with filling stop, Distance Control II for variable ground geometry, AUX II support, Trail Control with X sensor for trailing axle, etc.) Configurations with up to 18 boom sections are not a problem.

The large 400 litre Altek pump, which is suitable for liquid fertiliser, has a huge effect on area coverage and work quality.

Flexible in width and height – the new, fully hydraulic linkage (FH927/15), with special folding as standard from 27 to 15 metres, folds on to the side of the hopper. Thanks to the two-part folding mechanism, a sensational transport width of just 2.52 metres is achieved with corresponding track width and tyres. The variable geometry allows for optimal adjustment of the linkage to the topographical conditions. The newly designed parallelogram height adjustment achieves a lifting height of almost 2.60 metres. Even the highest of crops are protected. High planting quantities are not a problem with the large R1" nozzle lines with circulation. Further benefits of this system include no loss of pressure and just two supply hoses. The 54 nozzles are protected by their position in the linkage.

Smart customers appreciate …

  • user-friendly and convenient operation with numerous new functions

  • flexible and precise linkage with special folding mechanism and variable geometry

  • crop-protecting work thanks to lifting height of up to 2.60 metres

  • safe transport thanks to low centre of gravity, exact tracking and low transport width

TerraMaxx – the universal fine cultivator

The TerraMaxx fine cultivator, in addition to the semi-mounted version, is now also available as a lighter and more manoeuvrable 3-point mounted implement in working widths of 4, 5 and 6 metres. Designed for tractors from 80 PS, the fine cultivator is used universally year-round, works without blockages and achieves an optimal work result whilst being swift and saving fuel.

The 60 cm high solid frame is made up of two parts. The hydraulic cylinders fold and automatically lock the sides. The transport width is just 265 cm.

Thanks to stable S tines (70 x 12 mm) and two different line spacings (15 cm or 12 cm), the outstanding TerraMaxx fine cultivator can meet any requirement. Turning narrow shares or optional duckfoot shares ensure a perfect result with low tractive force.

Adjustable, spring-loaded closers ensure ideal levelling before reconsolidation. All closers can be removed without the use of tools and can be fixed in place in the designated parking position. Edge closers ensure a clean connection between the individual working widths. An edge plate is also optionally available.

The optional front board, with hydraulically synchronous controlled elements, ensures optimal crumbling and levelling particularly on ploughed land or in heavy soil.

The TerraMaxx can be optimally adjusted to a wide variety of soil conditions using the wide range of rollers. Levelling and reconsolidation can be achieved with single or tandem cage rollers as well as with the proven Terrapak tapered ring roller (Ø 600 mm). All rollers can also be optionally retrofitted with a tracking tine.

Tine implements are becoming increasingly important in soil cultivation. Good reasons for this are that they have a very good mixing effect and high area coverage, provide mechanical weed control, and are ideal for stubble, green crops and seedbed preparation. Quick and universal – the TerraMaxx from Vogel & Noot is outstanding at what it does.
