TOBROCO-GIANT secured a legal victory at the bauma 2025 exhibition in Munich when the court ruled in summary proceedings that a Chinese manufacturer displaying an unauthorized copy of the GIANT G2700 must immediately remove their machine from the exhibition grounds.
