John Deere Introduces High-Performance Vibratory Plate Compactors

John Deere is adding three new plate compactors to its portfolio of over 100 Worksite Pro™ attachments, offering customers more model options to choose from while maintaining the same reliability they’ve come to expect from the manufacturer. Designed for trench, slope and excavation compaction applications, the PC4, PC7 and PC10 plate compactor models deliver powerful performance and productivity. These attachments are compatible with the John Deere 26G, 30G, 35, 50G, 60G compact excavators; the 310L, 310L EP, 310SL, 310SL HL, 315SL and 410L backhoes; as well as most competitive models. Teamwork: Wirtgen Group Machines prepared the ground for the new Benninghoven brand headquarters

The new Benninghoven plant in Wittlich is being built over a sizable area of 310,000 m2 for 130 million Euros. One thing is sure: It will stand on a firm foundation, because Wirtgen soil stabilizers and Hamm rollers created the load-bearing base for it.

First up on the site were the civil engineers. A key part of their task was to create level and load-bearing surfaces for the 60,000-m2 production and logistics hall, the 12,000-m2 central building with offices and the traffic routes. With the Vortex® Luffing Tower Crane (LTC) Training Pack, student operators learn the fundamentals of managing a luffing jib tower crane, including lift plans and load charts, boom inspection, use of a boom tip camera, and working in urban environments. Large-scale project Grand Paris Express: SENNEBOGEN machines at work at the super-metro construction sites

The Grand Rapid Express is a group of six fully automated metro lines in Greater Paris to be realized by 2030. The project is planned to include 72 stations along its 205 km of tracks. Construction work commenced two years ago. The already existing fully automated lines will be upgraded and extended, and four completely new lines will be added. Many SENNEBOGEN cranes and handling machines are already being used at the construction sites. Read more >>
