Utilizing an advanced automated warehousing system, the center is crucial for maintaining international supply chains, distributing parts to 20 regional centers which support nearly 3,000 dealers worldwide. DP World oversees daily logistics operations at this Center, known for its sustainable design aimed at CO₂-neutral operations, featuring vast rooftop photovoltaic systems and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Change of Commercial Managing Director at Weidemann: Andrew Voigt succeeds Bernd Apfelbeck

Weidemann GmbH has announced a leadership change with Andrew Voigt succeeding Bernd Apfelbeck as the Commercial Managing Director and Spokesperson, effective June 1, 2026. Bernd Apfelbeck, who retired after two decades, played a pivotal role in Weidemann's growth and reputation as a leading machinery manufacturer in Central Europe. Andrew Voigt, with over 20 years in the Wacker Neuson Group, brings extensive international experience from the construction and agricultural machinery industry. He has previously managed the group’s aftermarket business and spare parts logistics. The new management team also includes Jens Harde as Managing Director Operations and Thomas Tilly as Technical Managing Director. PURO H 3000 precision planters from Pöttinger give impressive performance in the field

Pöttinger is set to launch the PURO H 3000 precision planter across Europe for the 2027 season, following successful pre-series tests in spring. Introduced at Agritechnica 2025, this precision planter impressed with its mechanical metering units and planned electric options, featuring a working width of 4.2 or 4.5 meters suited for crops like maize, sunflower, and sorghum. Its Precision Seed Placement system ensures accurate seed delivery thanks to vacuum-assisted metering and high coulter pressure. Designed for tractors of 90 hp or higher, the PURO H 3000 also offers ergonomic operation and high-capacity hoppers for seeds and fertilizer, with adaptable features for diverse planting needs. Its ease of use, consistent output, and flexibility make it suitable for a wide range of soil conditions.
