At EIMA, Weidemann is showing an Hoftrac ® for a versatile range of applications with a high power rating – the Hoftrac ® line of products is expanded with the 1880.

The Weidemann Hoftrac® 1880 with power outputs of 36.3 kW / 50 hp or 44.7 kW / 60 hp offers even more power for working on the farm and in the stable with the model, the Hoftrac ® , wheel loader and telehandler specialist Weidemann is presenting the most powerful loaders of its successful line of products to date at EIMA. The 1880 was designed primarily for agricultural operations, which prefer the Hoftrac ® compared to a wheel loader due to its very compact dimensions, but that place high demands on the engine output and the lifting force due to the versatile range of applications. On large operations, the Hoftrac ® may take over the function of extraordinarily flexible secondary machines. On smaller operations and on horse ranches, it handles challenging tasks such as handling round and square bales.

Technical details at a glance: Weidemann Hoftrac 1880

Engines: The Weidemann Hoftrac ® 1880 is driven by a four-cylinder Perkins engine with 50 hp (36.3 kW), which meets the emission standard level IIIA. A more powerful Perkins engine with 60 hp (44.7 kW) is available as an option (emission standard level IIIB). Weights and loads: The Hoftrac ® 1880 as standard equipment has an operating weight of 3.4 tons. The tipping load with a bucket with a straight Hoftrac ® with an operator's canopy is 2,086 kg and, in the design with a cabin, is 2,289 kg. When working with a pallet fork, the tipping load is 1,731 kg or 1,907 kg.

Lift heights and dimensions: The maximum lift height in the bucket pivotal point is 3.20 meters. The overhead loading height is 2.86 meters (FSD) and 2.88 meters (cabin). The vehicle length in both designs is 2.34 meters.

The Hoftrac ® line of products: The Hoftrac ® line of products offers the right solution for a variety of business sizes and requirements and now includes ten models with operating weights between 1.63 and 3.4 tons as well as power outputs of between 17.9 kW / 24 hp and 44.7 kW / 60 hp.
