This year's product launches feature the Wirtgen W 220 XFi cold milling machine, Vögele’s SUPER 1800-5(i) paver, Hamm’s HD+ 120i V-VIO roller, and Kleemann’s MOBIREX MR 100(i) NEO/NEOe impact crushers, among many others. The Wirtgen W 220 XFi debuted in Germany, showcasing high milling performance with low CO₂ emissions, while the SP 33 slipform paver made its world premiere ahead of World of Concrete 2025. At Intermat 2024, Wirtgen Group highlighted climate-friendly technologies such as the W 150 Fi compact milling machine and Benninghoven’s green hydrogen system. The Wirtgen Group launched the new W 220 XFi large milling machine in Germany, showcasing its advanced technology during the rehabilitation of the K 20 county road between Troisdorf and Lohmar. The machine, equipped with a John Deere engine and digital assistance systems such as Mill Assist and WPT Milling, efficiently removed the road's surface layer over a 2 km stretch in just two days. This model emphasizes both high performance and environmental sustainability, significantly reducing CO₂ emissions and fuel consumption. Its versatility makes it suitable for a range of applications, including surface layer rehabilitation and complete pavement removal. The Wirtgen Group Rolls Out a World Premiere at World of Concrete 2025

The Wirtgen Group is set to debut its new SP 33 slipform paver at the World of Concrete 2025 in Las Vegas, showcasing both Offset and Crosspave versions. This versatile machine can pave concrete slabs of various widths and features a modular design for creating different concrete profiles, such as curbs and safety barriers. The SP 33 will be highlighted alongside other Wirtgen machinery like the WPS 102i, SP 124i, and TCM 180i, which form a part of their coordinated concrete paving train. The paver boasts an ECO mode and AutoPilot 2.0 control system that improve fuel economy, efficiency, and maneuverability by eliminating the need for a physical stringline. Safety and efficiency benefits come from the Paver Access Control and Light Package Plus, allowing ground-level operation and better lighting for night work. Automated features such as Niveltronic Plus Assist and Edge Control system facilitate optimal paving by automating profile laying and screed width control. An updated drive concept, featuring a four-cylinder engine and the EcoPlus emissions package, reduces fuel use and emissions. The roller allows operators to effortlessly switch between static compaction, oscillation, and vibration modes, thereby minimizing the equipment and manpower needed on-site.
