Just in time for the winter season, the Fliegl Agro-Center in Kastl is presenting a revised version of its Maxi dozer/pusher blade, a real all-rounder for the complete and reliable clearance of the widest variety of materials, such as snow, silage, and manure. Here, as always, Fliegl has placed the emphasis on simplicity and functionality, which make themselves felt in the challenging conditions of the everyday working environment.
It is especially on large open surfaces that professionals will appreciate the proven dozer blades offered by Fliegl. On large industrial sites, car parks, or public roads, the Maxi is at home and can be deployed to full effect. It is as good as its name: With a blade height of 1.10 metres, this dozer/pusher blade offers maximum clearing capacity with four different working widths from three to six metres. The side wings especially, which are hydraulically controlled, are very effective in assisting the working process: For example, to tidy away large masses of snow or silage into the desired place, they can be swivelled steplessly through 115 degrees forward or 30 degrees backward. On days with shortening daylight, the edge lights, which are fitted as standard, help ensure safety by providing ample illumination of the area to be cleared.
The Maxi comes with a three-point linkage as standard. The three-point headstock can be mounted at two different heights. This solid attachment is of course fully galvanized to ensure maximum rust protection. And another plus: the flexible and robust hard rubber wear strip (dimensions: 250 x 40 millimetres) contains embedded steel rope, which considerably increases stability and lengthens service life. This wear strip can prevent possible damage due to collision with protruding objects on the ground, for example manhole covers.
The Maxi is the first choice for any clearance requirement. In practice, the versatility and robustness of the blade saves valuable time and hard work, and is therefore something that should never be lacking on your land.
The Maxi dozer/pusher blade, and numerous other attachments for farm and forest management, can be reviewed at this year’s Agritechnica, the world’s largest agricultural trade fair in Hanover, from 10 to 16 November. Fliegl will be exhibiting its products in Hall 04 on stand A40, and will be ready to provide all visitors with advice and assistance.
