YANMAR America is pleased to announce that its human resources (HR) department was awarded the YANMAR World HR Conference 2015 Best Practices Award at the Global HR Conference held in Osaka, Japan on May 21, 2015.
This award, which was chosen by the global YANMAR HR community, signifies achievements by YANMAR America’s HR department in recruiting and employee engagement. Company recruiting initiatives include career fairs and social media recruiting. The HR team also focuses on employee engagement through company-wide events such as an annual tailgate and Christmas luncheon; wellness events such as the Health Fair, walking challenge and lunch and learns promote employee involvement and health awareness.
