Yanmar presents new wheeled excavators

Yanmar is introducing 3 new wheeled excavators: the B75W (7400 kg), B95W (9300 kg) and B110W (11 000 kg). The Yanmar wheeled excavators are comfortable, powerful, and efficient. They are a true team player, just the sort of vehicle that every operator wishes they could have on the construction site – from landscaping up to construction and civil engineering projects. The lifting capacities in material logistics make the machines of particular interest for road construction. But also, where branches and tree trunks need to be seized with the grab and loaded.

Due to the latest EU Stage IV / EPA Tier 4 Final engine generation, the wheeled excavators work economically and are environmentally friendly. The integrated Smart Control System provides the driver with maximum control over the excavator. Many excavator functions can be adapted precisely to the driver and the construction site. This makes the use of the excavator more efficient and more productive and increases efficiency. The driver determines the optimum power for different applications. This minimizes loss of energy or time.

The undercarriage combines high terrain mobility with drive power. Due to the pendulum axle with a pendulum angle of 14°, the wheeled excavator is absolutely stable even on uneven terrain. It can be configured as exactly as required due to a wide range of equipment variants: stabilizers, support plate, front dozer blade, all-wheel steering, additional accelerator pedal, float function of the dozer blade…

The ergonomically-designed cab provides the operator with an exceptionally comfortable environment that enables a high degree of productivity. From the neatly arranged, clearly structured displays through the generously dimensioned stowage compartments to the Soft-Touch interior or the optional Klimatronik – one thing is clear: The workplace in the Yanmar wheeled excavators is designed for the driver.

Due to the four independent control circuits, the Yanmar wheeled excavators increase their capacity with attachment tools. The driver can operate all kinds of attachment such as tilt rotators, sorting grabs, asphalt cutter or cutting unit, for example. The control circuits can be operated at the same time, they do not influence each other.

Daily service work can be carried out from the ground, saving time. A service bar with the central electrics is integrated in the service ladder.  Hence, all relays and fuses are easy to access from the ground. The covers can be opened without tools. For easier ascent, the ladder in the service flap is extended towards the ground.

As a new option, the B110W can be equipped with a trailer coupling with a socket on the undercarriage with a permissible tensile load of 4,800 kilograms for easy transportation. In this way, required attachments or filling materials such as gravel, crushed stone or sand can be directly loaded onto a trailer and transported with the excavator. An additional truck is not required. This means: greater flexibility, lower costs and less environmental impact. The placement of the socket on the undercarriage ensures that the excavator can also swivel with inserted cables. The coupling is attached to the support plate with a folding mechanism. If necessary, it is Simply folded away.
