Yanmar prizes the services of its dealers

The construction equipment manufacturer awards HKL the “certificate for highly qualified service“.

Service is of great importance to Yanmar Construction Equipment Europe S.A.S. (Yanmar CEE): This is why the construction equipment manufacturer honors dealers who perform exceptionally well in all after sales matters with a so called „certificate for highly qualified service“. Now, HKL BAUMASCHINEN GmbH (HKL) has been awarded. The leading German rental company for construction machinery, equipment and room systems represents Yanmar in Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Berlin-Brandenburg, Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt as well as in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Arnaud Berthier, Director After Sales Yanmar CEE and Michael Fuest, Service Field Manager Yanmar CEE, personally delivered the certificate to Arndt Rodewald, HKL Managing Director, Günter Reichelt, HKL Head of Service Department and Matthias Brandt, HKL Head of Customer Service HKL Hamburg.

HKL has been Yanmar dealer for over 30 years and supplies its clients with powerful mini and compact excavators of the Japanese machine manufacturer. The excavators are regularly serviced and repaired in the company’s own spacious garages. For the operation on construction sites, the construction machinery expert holds various service vehicles with skilled technicians available. This way, HKL guarantees the Yanmar machines’ utilisability and good condition even after years of use.

Yanmar awards its certificate for exceptional performance, which is measured through various guidelines. The assessment includes the overall appearance of the dealer, its brand presence, outfit of garages and service vehicles, number of technicians, frequency of visiting training courses, efficient communication, warranty process, active marketing, revenue in spare parts sales and customer service. The maximum score that can be achieved is 1000 points. From 830 points, a dealer’s performance is evaluated as outstanding and can be rewarded.
