Zetor Breaks Records

The longest moving tractor parade and largest gathering of tractors from one manufacturing brand – both of these records were broken by Specagra, the Zetor tractor distributor from Lithuania. It was an original way to celebrate 15 years on the market.

The event, called Zetor Tractor Parade, was organised by Specagra, the Zetor distributor in Lithuania on the occasion of celebrating the 15^th anniversary of the company’s existence. The organisers managed to bring together 115 Zetor brand tractors in one location. During the parade, with a route of more than 5 km in length, the tractors drove through the city of Panevezys and created an impressive red tractor convoy more than 600 m long. The participants in the event thus broke two local records at once – the longest moving tractor parade and the most tractors from one factory brand in the same place. At the moment, the organisers of the event are still awaiting confirmation of the results on breaking the world record from the Guinness Book of World Records committee.

The event was attended by farmers from Lithuania who use Zetor brand tractors for their work. Models sold in recent year could be seen at the site and there was even a Zetor 25 model manufactured in 1950 and other models produced within limited series. The Zetor Tractor Parade was a dignified celebration designated for the general public.
