ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. has a strong partner in Estonia

ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. appointed new distributor for the market in Estonia. ZETOR products are going to be distributed in Estonia by Specagra which currently provides distribution of ZETOR tractors in Lithuania.

Specagra established in 1999; cooperation with the ZETOR brand was initiated in 2008. Currently, the Company employs 70 members of staff and is mainly involved in the distribution and sale of farming machinery. The Company is also experienced in service. There are three branches of the Company in Lithuania: the headquarters in Panevezys and two branches in Sakiai and Plunge. Also, there is a branch in Estonia situated in Järtsaare, Viljandimaa.

Through the new cooperation in Estonia, ZETOR TRATORS a.s. aims to strengthen the position of the brand in Estonian market and further guarantee high quality of provided services to customers. Specagra is very active in the Lithuanian market in the area of marketing activities. Lithuania was the place of several records related to the ZETOR brand, tractor rides or making an image in the field on the area of 20.7 ha using a ZETOR tractor.

As a new importer, we would like to make to make into the first ten most frequently sold brands in the market in Estonia. We also want to develop in the area of customer care. We are also planning to participate in Maamess Exhibition in April in Tartu and present the audience in Estonia with innovations such as MAJOR in the new design or the new HORTUS and UTILIX model ranges, “says Renaldas Pelanis, CEO, Specagra.

Several hundreds of tractors are sold on the Estonian market every year. ZETOR tractors of all model ranges are used in traditional farming (growing grain and feeding crop) and forestry. Forests cover 34 % of land in Estonia, and the same percentage is made up of farming soil.

ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. is the manufacturer of ZETOR tractors. The production premises are located in Brno-Líšeň, Czech Republic. Currently, there are 650 members of staff in Brno and another 100 abroad where ZETOR is represented by six subsidiaries (affiliations): in the UK, France, Germany, Poland, North America, and India. 85 % of total production is for export. Apart from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania, Ireland, Germany, the UK, France, and the USA are among traditional markets of the brand.

In 2016, the ZETOR brand was celebrating its 70th anniversary. During its existence, it has sold more than 1.3 million tractors to 136 countries of the world. The Company’s own production and development center in Brno ensures continuous innovation of tractors: they offer the best combination of strength and engine power, easy and practical design and excellent operation effectiveness. In addition to tractors, the Company produces and sells engines and tractor components. Among other things, the offer includes two ranges of front loaders ZETOR SYSTEM and original ZETOR oils. ZETOR also provides services in the area of service and sale of spare parts; the Company is able to deliver requested components anywhere in the world.
