Zoomlion Acquired HuanAn Chen Jie Company - Establishing the Industry Benchmark with international leading technology

Following its acquisition of LADURNER Italy on June, 1, Zoomlion announced that another agreement has been achieved with its shareholders on acquiring 96% of stock shares from HuanAn Chen Jie Company on June, 5: RMB 45.7376 million will be invested by Zoomlion to obtain the above shares. The signature of this agreement marks the start-up and implementation of its first franchise project since Zoomlion has been transformed to a comprehensive and environmental governance service provider. The project is also its first pilot one in China after Zoomlion introduced international advanced technology in environmental governance area, which helps to connect international cutting-edge technology and internal key projects quickly and effectively.

During the early stage of the HuaiAn project, Zoomlion initially participated in it as an environmental equipment manufacturer. However, with the guidance of its strategic thinking of building a new environmental industry, Zoomlion finally decided to take the initiative to bring up the acquisition offer to HuanAn Chen Jie Company, the main entity of processing kitchen project in HuaiAn.
