Zoomlion Leads Green Revolution at Bauma China 2014

Bauma China 2014, the 7th International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines, Construction Vehicles and Equipment, will be held in Shanghai, China, from 25-28 November 2014.

Of the 27 star products that Zoomlion is bringing to the show, the two-in-one system solutions are classic examples of the company's green revolution.The solution redefines construction material production by using manufactured sand to replace river sand to eliminate the drying stage and drastically reduce dry mortar investment and production costs. the introduction of this technology has made Zoomlion that undisputed leader of the industry.

Available in  multiple structural options, such as tower, station and multi-step structures, the solution completely overcome the challenges of conventional commercial  mixing stations, such as the inability to recycle resources, the lack of sand resources and severe pollution. the two-in-one system solution, which was originally introduced in 2007, combines the latest commercial mixing technologies and constant technological innovations. It helped the company manufactures key components of mixing machine, screening device, drying tube and packaging machine on its own, enabling Zoomlion to lead the commercial mixing industry towards a green transformation.

Data has shown that the two-in-one solution can reduce commercial mixing cost by RMB38 per ton and dry mortar mixing cost by RM19 per ton.What is worth mentioning is that the use of manufactured sand alone has open the doors to a market with a potential value of RMB150 billion.This is also in sync with Zoomlion's theme of "sincere technology for a better future" at this year's exhibition.

The RX2740SF High-Speed Construction Elevator is another example of Zoomlion's green revolution through technological innovation.

Zoomlion has equipped the RX2740SF High-Speed Construction Elevator with a green energy feedback system from Dutch company Raxtar to provide users around the world with an all-new green and smart product. The machine offers ultra-fast elevation speed, best safety in the industry, high reliability, low maintenance costs and smart control system.

The system is able to feedback the gravitational potential energy generated during descend into the energy feedback unit and convert it intro electrical power which is fed to the grid. At the same time, the product can be operated automatically without any human intervention. Users are also able to perform remote monitoring and malfunction inspection on the machine.

The creation of the RX2740 is a reflect of Zoomlion's insistence on "industrialization of technology, technologicalization of the industry and globalization of the company."
