In the first phase, the earthworks on the 25,000-m2 site were carried out in parallel in several sections with the aid of Wirtgen tractor-towed stabilisers, Hamm soil compactors and John Deere motor graders. After this, Vögele pavers placed two layers of specially formulated landfill asphalt mix, which were then compacted by smooth drum soil compactors. Read full article
