Benninghoven CORE: Building a New Transportable Asphalt Mixing Plant (Time-Lapse)

Benninghoven CORE: Watch a new asphalt mixing plant take shape, from the first components to a finished, transportable plant. This time-lapse follows the assembly of the CORE at Benninghoven in Wittlich, Germany. The CORE is designed for reliable performance at minimal lifecycle costs. Its new design concept makes the plant quick to assemble and efficient to transport, so it can be moved on fewer trucks. On site it mixes 240 t/h and handles up to 40% reclaimed asphalt (RAP). For Benninghoven, the CORE marks the introduction of a new, transportable plant model, now shown for the first time. The plant can be viewed on site until the end of 2026.
