We have recently completed our new range of platforms with class-leading features which we are confident will result in high levels of demand from both existing and new customers.

In order to be successful as the first-choice provider of van mounted platforms we understand that we must provide equally high levels of support to our customer both during and after the sales process. Having evaluated all the options we have elected to appoint IAPS Group Ltd, the UK’s leading independent provider of powered access machines, service and parts, as our exclusive distributor for the territory.

IAPS Group will handle all sales and after-sales service for Aldercote vehicle mounted platforms in the UK, utilising their extensive resources which include a six-strong field sales team, 24 fully equipped mobile service vans and a 20-person parts team complete with 6 regional parts sales vans. Our platforms will be mounted at IAPS Group’s impressive new facility in Telford, which will also offer refurbishment and major repair facilities.

While IAPS Group will provide new levels of support for Aldercote’s products, please rest assured that the whole team in Hull remain in place and are available to customers just as previously. By handing over the UK marketing and support activities to IAPS we can concentrate on improving our manufacturing techniques, developing new and innovative products and providing specialist products worldwide.
