The Easy Fit system from STOLL makes mounting onto tractors easy
Attaching and detaching the front loader is quick and easy. But what about the attachment parts? Mounting them onto the tractor takes a lot of effort for fitters. STOLL, the front loader specialist, has substantially simplified installation with the new Easy Fit system. The system comprises two parts: The base frame and the tower. The base frame is mounted to the standard attachment points on the tractor. The tower is screwed in place on the base frame’s side. Together they form the complete attachment which holds the front loader on the vehicle.
Fitters benefit from the simplified assembly
The clear advantage of the Easy Fit system: The two-piece attachments are lighter and can be mounted onto the tractor more easily. “The base frame can simply be attached to the belt at the beginning of assembly; none of the tractor’s parts are in the way there. The fitters attach the tower right at the end. This way it doesn’t interfere while the tractor is being fitted”, explains Armin Walter, Sales and Marketing Director at STOLL, as he outlines the advantages for assembly.
The Easy Fit system also reduces the workload in maintenance and retrofitting
When repairing the tractor, the mechanic can simply unscrew the tower and thereby access all the important areas even more easily. The tower can also be retrofitted quickly and easily, even if a tractor is only fitted with the base frame.
The same stability as with conventional attachment parts
The attachment parts have to endure high loads when the front loader is in use. To ensure there is a secure connection between the base frame and the tower, STOLL engineers use up to four conical bolts – making the Easy Fit system just as stable as conventional attachment parts.
