ANNABURGER EcoLiner HTS 33.12

For big jobs – EcoLiner tridem tipper trailer with hydraulic suspension

Large volumes of different transport goods represents a logistical challenge, especially for large agricultural operators. The agricultural operator wants wheels on the field which on the one hand cause minimal damage to the ground, but which at the same time cope with uneven dirt tracks. On the other hand, a large payload should be transported with optimum dead weight.

For this reason, Annaburger Nutzfahrzeug GmbH has further enhanced its top model, the EcoLiner HTS 32.12, with a permissible gross weight of 33 tonnes. Standard features of the newly developed chassis include a reinforced frame with complete hydraulically sprung tridem suspension. Together with the hydraulically sprung drawbar, the tridem tipper copes with practically all unevenness on the field and on dirt tracks. At the same time, this new technology provides good stability when tipping.

To save fuel, it raises the first axle when it is not laden. The forced steering on the third axle reduces tyre wear and damage to the ground while providing high driving stability – especially at maximum transport speed.

Greater volume

The large volume of the hopper (34 m3 with 1.6 m high sidewalls) was achieved with an overall length of 9.5 m. This enables the transport tonnage of the vehicle to be used to the full for potatoes or cereals. A positive side-effect: the lower loading height optimally protects the potatoes against damage, for example in combination with the optional fall prevention tarpaulin.

When specific lightweight goods such as silo maize, grass silage or whole plant silage are being transported, the 800 mm body mounting increases the transport volume to a sensational 53 m3. The large inspection window in the front of the vehicle gives a good overview for filling the hopper to the brim. That makes forage harvesters even more efficient. The hopper is conical in shape for fast and reliable emptying. This allows silage to flow easily from the vehicle. The optimised rear door catch provides greater security and stability in tough everyday operations.

Screwed wings in different widths (to match the tyres) make service and maintenance more straightforward.

Additional equipment features such as different load compartment covers (roller tarpaulin, pivoting cover, QuickCover), rear door with grain hatch and electronic forced steering, allow the machine to be optimally adapted for the needs of the operation concerned. Similarly, an autonomous oil supply to the tipping cylinder is available as an option. This means that even older tractors can raise the powerful tipping cylinder all the way up. For particularly arduous requirements, the vehicle specialist is also able to supply a tipping cylinder with especially high pressure.

All components such as the frame, suspension, etc. are perfectly matched to the vehicle and bear the hallmark of decades of expertise gathered by the ANNABURGER engineers. The workmanship in assembly and painting are just as sophisticated.
