With in-house capability of design, testing and production, APEXWAY has crafted industrial solid tires for industrial vehicles which operating in hazardous fields such as scrap yards, slag steel mills, glass works, dumping sites, waste sites, loading fields and so on. APEXWAY is proud to be one of the few factories producing non-marking solid tire for wheel loader operating in glasswork, food factory and covered stadium. APEXWAY’s solid tire is made of nature rubber, not recycle, which means the physical property is more stable, showed big difference especially for tough working environments including slag mills and construction site. Furthermore, it can last 2-3 times longer than pneumatic tire because it can easily avoid air leakage, tread damages, and even blowouts due to abnormal punctures, cutting and piercing. Customization for Partners. Customized is available as well. APEXWAY provides different compound for single application to avoid irregular wearing according to your requirement. Moreover, we have reached maximum production by upright machine with 4 double stack molds, by means; we can produce 8 tires per time. Dramatically reduce the lead time for our OEM customers.
