Lechler introduces the ARE 30 band spray nozzle designed for precise plant protection in row crops.
-
The nozzle features a 30° spray angle and targets narrow spray bands between 5 and 30 cm with a rectangular pattern.
-
It offers a droplet spectrum from medium to extremely coarse, aiming to reduce spray drift with a 95% classification.
-
The compact, chemically resistant POM housing protects the nozzle, and the pre-atomizer is easily removable for maintenance.
-
Compatible with PWM systems, the ARE 30 supports efficient and practical band spraying for both field and band sprayers.
At Agritechnica, Lechler is presenting the new ARE 30 band spray nozzle, a precise solution for plant protection applications in row crops. Designed for narrow spray bands of 5 to 30 cm, the nozzle operates with a spray angle of 30°.
Its rectangular spray pattern ensures uniform coverage within the target area. Thanks to its droplet spectrum ranging from medium to extremely coarse, the ARE 30 offers very high potential for reducing drift. The aim is to achieve a classification of 95%. The PWM-compatible nozzle is therefore ideal for use in modern spraying systems.
Its compact, robust POM housing protects the nozzle from damage and offers high chemical resistance. The pre-atomizer can be removed without tools for cleaning and maintenance.
The ARE 30 combines precise, resource-saving plant protection applications with high practicality. It can be used for band spraying with both field and band sprayers.
